1. Company Overview

We provide premium car rental and chauffeur-driven services across the UK, including
Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, London, Newcastle, Edinburgh, and Glasgow.
Our fleet includes:
● Mercedes Silver V Class
● Mercedes Black V Class
● Porsche
● Mercedes Sprinter Party Bus

2. Booking & Reservations

● All bookings are subject to availability.
● Prices may vary depending on location, duration, vehicle type, and demand.
● A booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment is received.

3. Driver Requirements (Self-Drive if applicable)

● Valid UK or international driving licence
● Minimum age requirement may apply
● Proof of identity may be required
(For chauffeur-driven services, all vehicles are operated by licensed drivers.)

4. Payments

● Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
● We accept secure online payments and bank transfers.
● All prices are inclusive unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

● Cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours before pickup time.
● Late cancellations may not be refundable.
● No refund for no-shows.

6. Vehicle Use

● Vehicles must be used responsibly and lawfully.
● Smoking, illegal activities, or damage to vehicles is strictly prohibited.
● The renter is responsible for any damage during the rental period.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for:
● Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
● Personal belongings left in vehicles
● Indirect or consequential losses
